| Blockbuster Plan Information for West Virginia BLOCKBUSTER By Mail plans offer online-only service, with DVDs delivered and returned by mail or to a participating BLOCKBUSTER store. These plans are perfect for those subscribers who want the simplicity of online rentals as well as those without a BLOCKBUSTER store in their local area. Our BLOCKBUSTER Total Access™ plans give you DVDs by mail plus the option of exchanging online DVDs for free in-store movie rentals or discounted game rentals up to monthly plan limits on exchanges, at a local, participating BLOCKBUSTER store. You can choose to go with an unlimited plan, BLOCKBUSTER Toal Access Premium, which allows you to exchange as many DVDs as you want, at a local, participating BLOCKBUSTER store, or one of our plans which feature a predetermined number of monthly in-store movie exchanges. If you are an existing subscriber, you can easily view current plans or change your subscription at any time by accessing My Account and clicking on Change Subscription link under the "Subscription Plan" section. For new customers, you can view our plans during the Sign Up process. Click "See All Plans" for the entire list.
